Most orders are shipped the same day if your order was placed before 12 PM Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. If not, please expect your order to be shipped the following business day. Cocoon by Elizabeth Geisler is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS, stolen packages or for the replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.

Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% in love with you purchase. if for any reason you are not satisfied We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in salable condition with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the package delivery date. Merchandise received after 14 days of the this date will be accepted at our discretion for an exchange based on the current selling price. Due to company policy, jewelry and special order items are final sale. Final Sale merchandise may not be returned nor exchanged. Original invoice must accompany your return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. The return/exchange value is determined by price indicated on original invoice, without invoice the value reverts to the last retail price of the item.
Please note that shipping charges incurred from online orders will be refunded if the wrong item was sent or the item sent was discovered defective. Please make claims regarding manufacturing defect to info@cocoonbyelizabethgeisler.com within 14 days of receipt.
Please make inquiries regarding special circumstances returns/exchanges beyond the 14 day window to info@cocoonbyelizabethgeisler.com and we will do our best to accommodate. Returns made after 90 days cannot be accepted.
We will honor a one-time price adjustment for all full price purchases marked down to a sale price within 7 days. Adjustments will not be given on sale merchandise or promotional purchases. For inquiries regarding price adjustments you must contact info@cocoonbyelizabethgeisler.com within the 7 day window. Refunds and price adjustments will be issued in the original form of payment, except for refunds and adjustments for transactions with cash, checks or traveler’s checks, which will be made in the form of a mailed check or store gift card, depending upon circumstances. Mailed checks may take up to 14 days for processing. Items with gift receipts are eligible for exchange only.
Please note that merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.
How do I return a cocoonbyelizabethgeisler.com purchase?
For your convenience, a prepaid USPS shipping label can be provided to customers with an inquiry email sent to info@cocoonbyelizabethgeisler.com with the sender information (name and shipping address) provided along with order number and item to be returned/exchanged. This service is free for exchanges, debit $12 from return. To return product, cover the original shipping label with the USPS return label. The label authorizes a return via USPS to our returns department. Returns must include the customer order number and billing name. Return packages are to be dropped at the nearest authorized post office location or drop box. For the nearest location, please visit www.usps.com.
